Aim of Activity

20 minutes

Revising vocabulary, listening and pronunciation.

Steps for Students

Click the link: ACTIVITY 3

Listen to the audio recordings your teacher plays to you.
Write down the word you hear in your native language.
Say the word in the picture your teacher shows you.

Equipment needed: internet connection, speakers, a projector

Open the Quizlet flashcard set from the link: ACTIVITY 3
Click on the flashcard option in the self-study activities section.
Flip the flashcard and play the sound by clicking on the audio symbol. Let the learners write down or draw the word they hear in their native language. Children only listen, they don’t see the screen.
Repeat this with all the flashcards.
During the next round, show the flashcard set again slide by slide and this time let your students see the picture pronounce the given word.
